WAVERLY RESIDENCE

Single family home located in the Heights area in Houston TX. This modern home is completely wood framed with some engineered wood members at strategic locations. The Waverly Residence was featured in the 2017 AIA Houston home tour. The home was designed by CONTENT Architecture and was managed by Jesse Hager and Eric Hughes.

This project was designed and managed by Oscar Valdez and Marco Cano at Fractal.

West Dallas Apartments

The apartments at West Dallas Ave. developed by the Finger Companies brings to life the neighborhood near downtown Houston. The 6 story metal stud apartment building brings together the efficiency of panelized metal stud wall system and long span epicore deck. The project was completed with architectural firm Wallace Garcia Wilson Architects and was managed by Alex Garcia and Larry Santich.
