According to Marco's career aptitude test counselor, Marco's results towards a career path were the strongest she had ever seen; The career was engineering. Since then Marco has taken steps in education and experience to achieve his goals. Marco now holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Monterrey Tech in Mexico, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Engineering in Membrane Structures from the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He has over 10 years of experience and is licensed to practice engineering in Texas, Mexico and Germany. When he is away from work Marco enjoys playing the guitar, woodworking and photography.

Executive Vice-President
Oscar showed great interest in building design and construction since very early in his education. He now holds a Professional Bachelors in Architecture with a specialty in Structural Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. Oscar had a brief experience working in an architecture firm early in his career but has dedicated the last eight years working as a structural engineer in the Houston market. During those eight years Oscar has spent time working on projects in a variety of sectors, some of which include residential, industrial, office and medical. He enjoys solving the unique challenges that each project presents and strives to make it a successful project for the entire team. Outside of the office Oscar enjoys watching a great movie and spending time with his family and friends. Always in his mind are the challenges that lie ahead and opportunities that each provides.

Lilian has always been a creative force. With great imagination, creativity and drive, Lilian has become an essential part of Fractal. A graduate of the school of Economics of the University of Illinois, Lilian is responsible for marketing, accounting and office management. In her time off, Lilian manages and owns an artisanal bag business, and enjoys time with her family.

Victor always showed great interest in engineering and solving problems. Victor now holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Monterrey Tech in Mexico and is currently earning his Masters Degree in Structures. In his time off, Victor is a volunteer EMT at the Red Cross. Victor is the newest member of our team.

ENGINEER
From an early age, curiosity led Jair to become interested in science, participating in national Olympics in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. With the conviction of applying all his knowledge to the service of people, Jair obtains the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Monterrey Tech in Mexico. Today he directs his effort, study and professional career to structural design and the next step is to obtain his master’s degree in structures. Outside the office, Jair likes to spend time with his family and friends and shows a deep interest in finance, art and fitness, which is why he tries to stay healthy and constantly experiment with music, photography and digital business.

ENGINEER
With a degree in civil engineering from Monterrey Tech in Mexico, with a personal interest in building design, Sofia was instantly drawn to Fractal where she started her professional career as a structural designer. Her whole life has been and will continue to be focused on expanding her knowledge.
Her hobbies outside of work include practicing CrossFit and spending time with her family and friends.
